Waukesha troop witnesses draw chaos, rake later S.U.V. strikes closely 2 dozen

A female driver in protective white cap drives over pedestrians, strikes cars along a road. Waukesha city employees who witnessed part of this chaos describe scenes where "people trying to save someone lying injured and knocked in some part of streets", city police wrote. Witnesses told Fox6 police they observed several drivers that attempted to treat injured civilians "lying face downward against large, empty concrete barriers". Police believe at least 11 people either hit or caused a fatality, the majority of fatalities including the driver of the truck.
